Dear St Mary & St John Parents and Carers,
Please find attached news from our first week back at school. We have had a fantastic first week and are really enjoying getting to know our new children and families!
The newsletter is usually sent fortnightly and often includes photographs of the children, showing you what they have been up to during the term. We are only able to include photographs of children who have permission to be on the school website as newsletters are published there, so please make sure the office has your permissions.

Included in every edition is #wakeupwednesday giving information about online safety, linked to the latest apps and online platforms. We also include a monthly wellbeing segment. At the end of each newsletter, you will find key dates for the year – we hope this helps as we know how busy many of you are!
On Fridays, we also send a promotional email. This contains information which has been sent into school which may be of interest to families in our community. It is labelled as ‘Friday Promotional Email’. As you can imagine, we get sent an awful lot of promotional information, so we try to carefully sift out things which are local and relevant to our families. We also limit it to 3 or 4 per week so that we don’t overwhelm you!
