posted in: School Newsletters 0

Dear St Mary & St John Parents and Carers,

It was great to see so many of you this week at parent/carer-teacher consultations. Thank you for taking the time to come in and talk about how your child has settled into their new year group.

Attached is the latest newsletter, sharing all the learning that has taken place over the last fortnight.

Included in this edition of the newsletter:

– Exciting history days for Years 4, 5 & 6

– World Mental Health Day

– Oxford Half Marathon School’s Challenge

– Harvest Festival

– Cedar & Redwood

– Year 2 Music

We have included two #wakeupwednesday posts (using and reviewing parental controls, and fire safety), and some new wellbeing ideas for Optimistic October.

A reminder that the PTA are hosting a fabulous fire event this evening. We hope to see lots of you there!

This is the last newsletter for this term. School closes for half term at 3:20pm next Friday (25th October). We start again, for Autumn Term 2, at 8:35am on Monday 4th November. We still have another busy week ahead before then, but we wish you a happy half term when we get there!

With best wishes,

Bex Stott & The St Mary & St John Team
