From exciting sporting opportunities to hands-on science lessons and high-quality reading in our classrooms, it has been wonderful to see the breadth of experiences on offer.
Please find our latest school newsletter in the link above, which shares a snapshot of recent activities, achievements and important updates.
Highlights include:
- Celebrating our recent sporting events, including the Mini London Marathon and other opportunities promoting participation and aspiration
- A look at Science across the school, from exploring minibeasts and plant life to investigating how germs spread
- An insight into our Fluency Reading approach, supporting children’s confidence, vocabulary and understanding
- The continued success of OPAL, with children enjoying creative, active play in the sunshine
- An update on staffing, including news that Mr Furniss will be moving on to a Deputy Headship at the end of the year
- A reminder about our Parent Governor vacancy and how you can get involved in shaping the future of the school
- Details of our upcoming ceilidh event—an exciting opportunity for the whole community to come together and celebrate
As always, the final pages include online safety, wellbeing, and key dates for the weeks ahead.

With best wishes,
