Dear St Mary & St John Parents and Carers,

Please follow the link above for a bumper edition of the newsletter with a special arts focus.

Included in this edition of the newsletter:
• A learning update from EVERY year group
• Whole school news
• A look ahead to next term

This week’s #wakeupwednesday shares top tips for what we need to know about scams and fake news. Figures from Ofcom claim that nearly 3.5 million British children have encountered a scam online, and it’s important we learn how to recognise their tactics and protect children against them.

February’s Wellbeing Calendar is all about sharing friendliness. Today’s challenge is to tell a loved one or friend why they are special to you. Why not give it a go?

World Book Day is nearly upon us and costumes are welcome and encouraged! We will be celebrating the day on Thursday 6th March with lots of fun activities (which will be confirmed after the half term).

School is closed next week, but we look forward to seeing you again on Monday 24th February at 8:35am. Wishing you and your families a lovely half term break.

With best wishes,
Bex Stott & The St Mary & St John Team
